Hello Tweets,
For those following the expansion of Western scrub jay in Washington, I had one in what may be a new area yesterday afternoon. I took a drive down W. Snoqualmie Valley Rd. NE (near Duvall) around 4 pm and found one at the end of the road (where it dead ends into a farm). This is now the eighth spot I've seen them in King County (including one that turned up last year in my yard in Lake Forest Park).
