Hello All,

MerryLynn and I had the honor of leading a field trip for the Blue Mountain Audubon Society to the west end of Walla Walla County. there were nine of us out on this beautiful day birding. Birds of note were....

Clay-colored Sparrow....1 along Byrnes Rd. west of Touchet.
Eurasian collard Dove.....12 birds in Touchet.
Common Tern................21 birds at the Walla Walla River delta.
Franklins Gull.................1 bird at the Walla Walla River delta.
Caspian Tern..................2 off the Walla Walla River delta.
Parasitic Jaeger..............1 chaising a gull north of the Boise pulp mill.
Red-necked Phalarope-40 birds at Mile Post 300 ponds.
Nashville Warbler.........3 birds at Hood Park.
Olive -sided Flycatcher....1 at Hood Park.
