The bird looks like a young juvenile Orange-crowned Warbler.

Being a photographer, and not a necessarily a great birder, I am having a little trouble with the identification of this bird--a warbler, I believe.
Juvenile and/or non-breeding plumage has us a little stumped. I am sure someone has the answer. Thanks!
