Owl Hoot at Camp Long

Ages 5 and older

Barred Owl juveniles have now dispersed and hoots have recently been heard.
Are the adults vocal again or are the juveniles trying out their new "Who
Cooks For You calls or both? One owl was in a usual perch a few days ago.
After a short presentation with our mounted owls, we'll look for owls.
We'll poke around for pellets to pull apart and hear how to hoot. Please
register by 9/12. Please call (206) 684-7434 to register.
Activity Fee $8

Course #30715 September 13 Sat 7-9 p.m.
