Thanks to those who've sent reports recently. I've just caught up
with the September reports which I'm very pleased to have.

Now is the time to start watching for possible large groups in our
area. I've had several reports of 25-40 birds. The big push is
usually the last half of September and very early October. While
you're watching for those shorebirds, look up occassionally!!

Now, I'm off for the big Vaux swift count at Wagner School.
