Hoping it is Wood Sandpiper, I am skeptical.... Of the 5 images
posted [ref: Tweeters Digest, Sep 30 2008 - messages of Kathy Andrich
and Mike Patterson re: PHOTOS], I am unsure which is the Wood
Sandpiper, as the first 3 look like Lesser yellowlegs, and if 4 and 5
are of Lesser Y together with the bird, I'd say "the bird" is
Solitary because it is SO much smaller than the larger bird - it
would help to have labelled the photos... Thanks, and hoping you're
