hello tweeties,

i don't know about you, but the weather is just glorious today in NYC, unlike the previous days, when it has been quite cold. so of course, my thoughts focus on birding Central Park, where there's tens of thousands of mystery birds lurking in the bushes and treetops for me to identify.

the most recently demystified mystery bird was a lovely male Lazuli x Indigo Bunting Hybrid, Passerina amoena X Passerina cyanea, thanks to photographer, Terry Sohl;

this image also includes an interesting written analysis from our favorite online birding guide, Rick Wright.

today's mystery bird, thanks to photographer Joseph Kennedy, can be viewed here;
