Today there are two OSPREY on the nest in the Whiskey Creek ravine next to Eagle
Harbor Drive (new arrivals).? This is the 3rd or 4th year for this nest,
producing 1-2 young yearly.? The GREAT BLUE HERONS have returned to their
heronry from last year--there were 10-12 of them there today, but no nesting
yet.? Since the BALD EAGLES decimated that heronry last year it will be
fascinating to see how it goes this time.
