Nice photograph.

Looking at the tail, (white, pointed tips), this bird appears to be a second
year bird, so it most likely is not breeding and is a floater. Barred owls
should have small young in the nest now.

Made a quick stop by the rowing club at Marymoor Park and found the Barred
Owl still roosting in the weeping willow tree along the trail.
