In Tucson a few weeks ago, I saw a perched hawk that I am still wondering about. It had the markings of a juvenile coopers (and was on the large side), but it had a very clear white eyebrown that went from the front to the back of the head. It was in a tree/brush area next to a dry riverbed in Tucson, about 2 miles from Sabino Canyon. I asked a local bird expert about it the following day. He said it was probably a juvenile coopers, but I'm still wondering about that eyebrow... Is that incidental or distinctive?

Thank you!
