When returning from the swift movie in Monroe today, I spotted an
American kestrel on the wire over 522 (almost over the Costco). An
unusual bird for this area. On our trip out to Monroe, there was an
adult bald eagle on the side of the road on prey, obviously enjoying
a good late lunch. Odd place to see an eagle.
