Greetings, all,

This afternoon at Seattle's Montlake Fill (east of the U. W. campus), I
saw a NORTHERN HARRIER high and northbound, seven AMERICAN PIPITs, a
LEAST SANDPIPER, a couple of COMMON YELLOWTHROATs, LINCOLN'S SPARROW,
GOLDEN-CROWNED SPARROW, a WESTERN MEADOWLARK, and many of both forms of
YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLERs (perhaps a couple intermediate). A dozen HOODED
MERGANSERS (only one male) were on the central pond, and many COMMON
MERGANSERS were on the lake.

Cheers,

Alan Grenon
