Today, we found the first RED KNOTS of the spring migration at Tokeland and Bottle Beach. Three were spotted amidst the godwits and dowitchers at the Tokeland Marina. Also, a single knot was spotted at Bottle Beach on the falling afternoon tide.

Also, today there were three RUDDY TURNSTONES at Tokeland on the bay side of the marina area on the old pier there. And just like the knots, we had another single Ruddy Turnstone at Bottle Beach.
