Ted Peterson had a NASHVILLE WARBLER among ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLERS
and others at the Willow Creek Hatchery Friday morning. It was not
there this morning. Ted had an estimated 100 LEAST SANDPIPERS in the
Marsh yesterday. Those numbers were down somewhat this morning. The
CINNAMON TEAL of last weekend increased to four (2 drakes and 2 hens)
early in the week and then they moved on. All of the heron nests are
occupied. The Mew Gulls have left the waterfront on their northward
migration. No Bonaparte's Gulls this morning either. Still no sign
of Purple Martins. Here are this morning's birds:
