Just a quick note that several of us saw the Hoquium TUFTED DUCK this afternoon around 5:00 or so, so it is still around.? Also, I birded around Hoquium before the start of today's shorebird festival and spotted two pairs of PURPLE MARTINS on the old pilings by the river at 9th ST. and Levee ST.? When I returned this evening with some fellow birders they were no longer there.
