Was over in Wenatchee this weekend for the boys' baseball tournament at (Billingsley) Hydro Park, along the Columbia River, just south of e. Wenatchee. Waiting for play to begin yesterday morning, I decided to walk the path along the river and had the binos. Plenty of migrants in the riparian/cottonwood habitat here, including:

GRAY FLYCATCHER 1 (seemed early)
Ruby-crowned Kinglet 1
Yellow-rumped (Aud) Warbler 75+
Nashville Warbler 2
Cassin's Finch 1

Also, a GRAY-CROWNED ROSY FINCH was audible only (the husky, muffled "chew" note) along the river's edge (there are rocky spots here) on Saturday morning, April 25. Also, several more Cassin's Finches and at least one PURPLE FINCH heard at Leavenworth 4/26; an arrival HOUSE WREN was also here.

Beautiful weekend over there, good for any sort of outdoor activity.
