Dear Tweeters,

Saturday, May 2, from 8 am to noon begins a five week series of bird walks
at Brooks Memorial State Park. Please join us to find our spring arrivals
such as Calliope Hummingbirds, Sage Sparrows, Western Tanagers, Cassin's
Finches, Brewer's Sparrows and much more. We now have a species list of 119
birds and with your help, I'm sure we could find more. Signs will direct
you to the meeting location in the day use area.

On June 6th the park is hosting "Breakfast with the Birds", serving coffee,
fruit and Danish while sharing birding experiences with fellow birders. A
short bird walk will follow. Please contact me if you plan to attend this
event.

Hope to see you Saturday!
