Hi Tweets

The Black-necked Stilt was actively foraging at 2 PM this afternoon at the new mitigation pond on 212th (just after the road changes from Orillia to 212th).

At the ponds on 204th there was one Solitary Sandpiper, that didn't stay around lots of Western and Least Sandpipers as well as Greater and Lesser Yellowlegs. The Lessers, were staying at the southwest end of the ponds south of 204th - bad light at that time of day. On the other hand, further down 204th where you can look into the ponds north of the road the light was great and good views could be had of both yellowlegs - at least once side by side.

Good Birding,
