I was very surprised to see our own Paul Bannick being interviewed. He of course the the author of The Owl And The Woodpecker.
As many of you may well know, Paul is Conservation Northwest's Seattle Director.
For those of you who are not aware of this organization; Conservation Northwest is the leader in recovering and connecting the wild lands of the Cascades with those of the Rockies for the benefit of healthy ecosystems. This includs the wolves and grizzlies that they are leading the charge to recover habitat for. They also released Fishers back into the wild on the Olympic Pennisula recently.
