There is a Crow in our back yard that is definately sick or injured. It was sitting on our birdbath for a while and is now just sitting on the ground not moving around much. I don't really want to get near it because of the bird flu scare. What should I do? Where do I report such a thing? I have heard that sick or dead birds especially Crows should be reported and tested.
