There were four Pied-billed kids scrambling all over Mom at the
Lakewood Marina on Wednesday afternoon. Saw one food delivery - a fish
about a third the size of its recipient. The chick swallowed it down
with no difficulty.

There are no babies in sight, but it appears the Green Lake pied-billed
grebes' latest clutch has started to hatch.
