Jim Danzenbaker and I found a red-necked grebe in breeding plumage at the flushing channel Vancouver Lake. We were there about 1:00 pm today.

As a bonus we also had 10 black-throated gray, 6 yellow, 1 Wilson's and 4 orange-crowned warblers trying to get our attention.
