Hi Tweeters,

Yesterday did not see the Sapsucker but did see two candidates in flight but unable to id either one. I think a pair of Warbling Vireo's are tending to a Brown-headed Cowbird chick off the road/boardwalk. I could never see the actual feeding though. Bewick's Wren also seen near the chick. How one chick can sound like a nestfull is beyond me.

The Franklin's Gull at Juanita Beach Park was there and super easy get close due to this birds association with the gull flock. Really nice looks. It likes to be fed along with the other gulls by the way....bring chum if you got it.
