hello everyone,

today's mystery bird, courtesy of dan logen, shouldn't be too difficult to ID even though it is an african species .. but even if you don't know the species, you can still tell me how many legs this bird has!

the most recently demystified mystery bird, an image provided by joseph kennedy, is a juvenile red-winged blackbird;

last but not least, if the bird, conservation and scientific communities all pull together, we can affect the outcome of the antarctica "official blogger" competition in a way that reflects OUR values! it's not too late to vote and i am making progress .. a little every day ..
