Hi, Tweets! If you are in Okanogan County and would like to help i.d.
what we think is a Sanderling, it is at Duly Lake, on Cameron lake rd. We
drove in on the "road" that comes from the south end. There were several
Baird's and a few Western Sandpipers, and this guy. The back was salt and
pepper/black and white, with an all white breast. It ran like a
Sanderling. There was an "indentation" along the wings, with fine dots
making a partial collar around the neck. It was slightly larger than the
Baird's. If not a Sanderling, any other suggestions? We saw it about
