I too bring my feeders in at night and put them out again as it comes light. In this weather, they freeze even during the day, so I duct tape Little Hotties hand warmers to the bottom (I?ve tried the self-adhesive ones and they don?t stay stuck). They last about eight hours, which right now covers all the daylight hours.

We enjoy the presence of a male and female Anna's. This the first and early (hey! is this February?) deep freeze. Please share Winter hummingbird feeding tips. We have brought the feeder in at night to prevent freezing.
