>From freezing Hood River Valley. I've recently moved back to this area after a 40+ year hiatus in California. This afternoon when I was driving to town I saw a V-formation Canada Goose group flying fairly low overhead, about 50 birds I guessed, and among them was a single snow goose. Is this normal for here? I don't remember seeing snow geese when I lived here as a child. Thank you. Judi L. Baker
