Many years ago there was a web site which provided Christmas Bird Count
count circle definitions: latitude & longitude of the circle center,
and other defining information such as the intersection of Blank Road
and Whatzit Avenue. I believe it also provided information on how that
center location had changed through time.

Needless to say, I can no longer find that web site, and I forget if
the provider was an Audubon or Cornell or Pautuxant or what? Multiple
key word searches have failed to reveal anything remotely close.

Does anyone know of a web site where such information might be found?
