My neighborhood crows have?their own neighborhood watch.? I can throw?bread crumbs off my back deck?with no crows in sight.?? After a few minutes?they will?appear from nowhere.?? The first one to spot the food will call his buddies over for a group feast.???? I have never seen them fight each other for food.? I assume this cooperative behavior has evolved over time to ensure survival of the flock and the species.
