I have recently discovered interbay and the grain sylos. what a magnificent place! I have seen 100's of surf scoters, barrows goldeneye, a peregrine falcon hunting pigeons, bald eagle, as well as red tail hawk. But today I had a large group of greater scaup along with the 100 surf scoter, dc cormorants, widgeon and I think a eurasian widgeon, and bushtits were doing something I've never seen before, they were foraging underneath the trees and whenever they would hear a sound they would collectively jump up into the tree. Large raft of probably scoters but they were too far out to see. If anyone does'nt know how to get there, you take the amgen exit at the Magnolia bridge, head south past the helix bridge and there is a park. Take a scope!
