I get "Property Tracker" email alerts from John L. Scott for all new listings
in the Grayland/North Cove/Tokeland area, and thought I'd pass this one on to
Tweeters, just in case there's someone out there who's always dreamed of
buying 4.2 acres of vacant land at the end of the Midway Beach Road so they
can watch Snowy Plovers and Phalaropes from their front yard. Or maybe
there's a conservation organization out there with $150,000 burning a hole in
its pocket. I'm not connected to any real estate agents or anything -- just
FYI. Can't tell from the photos/description exactly where the parcel is.
