Subject: [Tweeters] Help with overhead geese id

This afternoon against a grey sky of low clouds, I had 15 geese about 250 feet up. They looked dark against the grey sky but with the lighting conditions I don't know if the white of Snow Geese would still look white?

The most consistent vocalization was a high, two-note call. It did not sound like Canada Geese at all. Unfortunately all of the recordings I have tried for GWF and Snow Geese involve hundreds or thousands of birds calling or otherwise do not sound like this flock. I haven't been able to find a Cackling Goose recording.

Any ideas,
