Hello Tweets,

While starting my dog walk at Priest Point Park (Olympia) this morning, I heard the lovely call (hoot hoot hoot...) of at least one Northern Pygmy Owl. It was in the vicinity the "new" trail head for the Ellis Cove Trail, off East Bay Drive, just north of the parking area. I heard them often last year as well, but never did see them.
