Great Backyard Bird Count at Seward Park Audubon

Friday, Feb. 13th and Saturday Feb. 14th from 10 AM - 3PM

Join us inside the warmth of the Center on Friday and Saturday to count the birds that visit our back porch feeders! Or, take one of our birding kits outdoors and count birds in Seward Park! On Saturday, we'll have lots of birdy activities for the whole family to enjoy, such as: pine cone bird feeders, arts & crafts, slideshows, and more!

It's easy to participate, and anyone can count regardless of your birding skill level. At the Seward Park Audubon Center, we'll provide warm beverages (including shade-grown coffee), seating, binoculars, bird guides, and checklists, so all you have to bring is yourself! The GBBC is fun, FREE, and educational for all ages.

The Great Backyard Bird Count occurs from Feb. 13 - 16 and provides an amazing snapshot of winter bird populations across the United States. For more information, please visit: www.birdcount.org<http://www.birdcount.org>
