This morning at 9-10 am the FEMALE TUFTED DUCK was present on Lake Erie, WA.
This time the ducks were near the SE end of the lake and I was able to get a
photo that shows the tuft. This would appear to be a longer tuft than that
shown in Sibley. The photo link is:

I examined the lower and upper parking areas at Lake Erie Summit Road at
around 11 AM and was unable to find WHITE-WINGED CROSSBILLS. On the way
down I flushed two separate groups of three VARIED THRUSH.
