This afternoon from 12:45-1:30 I watched approximately 400 Bohemian
Waxwings acting like swallows over the Spokane River on the west side
of Spokane. They stayed between 250 and 400 feet up in a loose random
flock. If they weren't catching insects I don't know what else they
could have been doing for all that time.

I also never caught a single vocalization.

Pretty weird.

What's also weird is that I'm doing a Spokane report. Thought that was
Gina Sheridan's job.
