Birders,

For those who may be interested, I've posted a few more bird photos taken in
the last 3-4 days on my Flickr page at http://www.flickr.com/photos/wcweber
. These include local rarities such as a EURASIAN GREEN-WINGED TEAL at
Edison, WA; the PRAIRIE FALCON on the Samish Flats near Edison, and the
adult NORTHERN GOSHAWK which has been frequenting Jericho Park in Vancouver,
BC for the last few weeks.

Thanks to Marv Breece for reminding me that the Eurasian Green-wings were
being seen regularly along Edison Slough when I bumped into him near Edison
on Sunday. I saw two males along the slough, of which one was so close that
I managed to get photos-- from inside my car, using the car as a blind. The
Prairie Falcon photo was taken the same way.
