Hi Tweets:
About noon on Feb. 19th, Mike West and I found a Gyrfalcon in Snohomish
County. We saw it perched in a bare tree along Riley Slough on Tualco
Rd. which is west of the former Monroe Honor Farm. We had good looks
at it from Tualco Loop Rd as well as from the main road. Grace and
Ollie Oliver arrived in time to see this juvenile falcon which had a
full crop. After about an hour, it flew east and could not be
relocated.
