Hi All,

I know many of you have seen the Northern Hawk Owl near Mansfield the last
few weeks. The Washington Bird Records Committee (WBRC) has yet to receive a
formal submission on this bird. I know it is a bother, but if someone who
has seen the bird could submit a description it would be very much
appreciated. I have many good photos, so a short description would be
sufficient. Thanks in advance.
