Hi Paul and Tweets,

Although I can't answer any of those questions (and they are interesting!) I
thought I'd add that the Sharp-tailed Grouse we watched on Conconully Road
this past weekend (Jan 10-11) were feeding in the exact same tree that a
Great-horned Owl was roosting in. The tree was not very big and some of the grouse
were only a few feet away from the owl.
