It seems that this is an adult female. I never knew this. I have seen the harriers a lot--but not one like this. I just assumed it was a morph.
Very nice bird.

Well...I have sent this post twice before--and it has not shown up, I am taking one more chance here.Sorry is they actually all do show up. Not sure what is wrong. I have been recieving everyone elses today. One more time!
I have been up in the Skagit the last few days photographing birds.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of incountering a white morph harrier at the end of Rawlins Road. Thought you might be interested in seeing it. A beauty.
