As we are all aware, swans have dispersed themselves into many new places
this year. Next week is the official WDFW swan surveys in Whatcom, Skagit,
Snohomish and portions of King counties. All of you birders out there, if
you have seen swans in Snohomish, King, Pierce counties I want to know. We
will be doing an aerial survey followed by a ground count in Snohomish and
King.
Please send your sightings of exact place, numbers and dates to me. Last
year your information was a huge help in locating swans in tucked away
places.
