Hi Tweets,
On Sunday, my husband and I spotted 4 White-winged Crossbills (3 male, 1 female) on top of Mount Erie in Anacortes. We managed to snap a picture of one of the males, which is posted here:

The picture is of poor quality, but the distinguishing characteristics are there.
