Everybody everywhere in Eastern WA check the spruce trees in your
neighborhood. Walking home after 4 pm today: 2 or 3 WHITE-WINGED CROSSBILLS
down the street. Got good looks at a young male and a female. I had to use
the scope to call them yard birds, but as I was setting up in the front yard
a single flew over the house.
