Folks:
We were able to spend some extended time watching our bird backyard feeders and saw three birds we had never seen there before. These included a CHESTNUT-BACKED CHICADEE, FEMALE TOWNSEND'S WARBLER AND A FEMALE YELLOW RUMPED WARBLER. Very cool.
I thought I would also take a moment to thank everyone who posts full trip reports on Tweaters that includes the numbers of birds and locations of the sitings (for example along Black Road near the Cemetary). I have been gathering these postings into future trip ideas that my wife and I intend to use. With the dates of the postings and the locations, we can pretty much duplicate the trips and know what we might expect to find there.
Cheers,
