John, Margaret, Ken, Jeff,
I saw the RS Hawk and the Mt Chks, (still three of them), on Sun., 1/25. I
saw the 3 chickadees from 1:20 to 1:40 PM, at Horseshoe Lake, then, I went
out to Caples Rd., and observed the RS Hk in the top of some tall trees,
along the edge of the fields near the intersection of Caples & Vista Rd.,
from 2:20 to 2:40 PM. Thanks to: John & Margaret Green, Ken Knittle, Jeff
Jendro for all the info, various postings on Tweeters, and notes to me
about locations of the birds (see below).

Hello there,
We had a group out today at Woodland bottoms and saw a Red Shouldered Hawk
at Caples and Vista Drive. John saw it yesterday as well, in the same
spot. Both days it was present between 2 and 3 pm. Also, at the boat
launch at horseshoe lake, just east of the parking lot with the porta-pots
we found 3 mountain chickadees in the pine! Great day!
Thought you might want to check it out.
