Folks - I saw something the other day on this site about reporting banded birds but have?mislaid?the url. Can someone repeat that for me or forward on the following sighting? I have a good shot of a Harlequin Duck with a yellow band on the left leg landing off Pt. Wilson. Thanks for the help.
