My wife and I found an adult Tufted Puffin off the Edmonds fishing pier this morning from 8:30-9am. It was still sitting a few hundred meters offshore to the NW when we left. It was hanging out in between two rafts of 15-30 Rhinoceros Auklets. Most of the alcids were concentrated in an area that was at about an angle of 145 degrees to the end axis of the pier.
