I've had it done professionally for me, and I've done it myself. Personally, for the cost, doing it yourself is typically a pain in the posterior for about 15 minutes or so every so often... Given that most places that will do a reasonable job are going to start charging at $50, 15 minutes of cussing isn't that bad a deal...

Checking Google, you can find a lot of people who all point to the same four or five websites. Those that use Eclipse and PecPads are the ones I've chosen to follow in the past. If you want a specific website, send me private email and i'll dig it up :)
