The American White Pelicans reported Friday morning by Jim Danzenbaker were there all day again Saturday on Rest Lake. I left the Refuge at 3:45PM, and they were still there, tightly huddled on Rest Lake. They left the Lake for a bit, but soon returned. I saw them returning to Rest Lake at 11:45 when my Mom (Olive) and I were leaving the Kiwa Trail.

There are 23 American White Pelicans by visual count while in flight, and subsequent photo count by Lyn Topinka.
